Weekly Update – May 12, 2019

THIS SUNDAY @ ASBURY
Sermon Preview: “Overwhelmed”
Luke 17:11-19
Andy Mannes, Student Minister

So much to do, and so little time to do it …sound familiar? When you’re spread thin, it’s easy to feel defeated—but you don’t have to be. Let’s look at how we can bring some strength and sanity to our daily lives. This is a one-week message about taking time to find the right place to start, the right perspective, and the right priorities to avoid the feeling of being overwhelmed. Whether it’s busyness, finances, marriage problems, kids, illness, or any another struggle, this message will look at how putting God at the top of our list of priorities is always the right choice. Watch the sermon preview below as Andy shares more of what to expect this weekend!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!

Mother’s Day can be a day of celebration for some and a day of sorrow for others. That’s why we are celebrating all the women in our church with a special blessing to those who are already moms, those who are trying to be moms, those who are missing their moms, and those who aren’t moms, but may fill the role of mom in someone’s life. We uplift every woman in our congregation this weekend.
