SERVICE

New 11:00 AM Service Time Starts September 9, 2018
Sunday, September 9th we will launch our second contemporary service. The new service time will be 11:00 am in Asbury North’s Worship Center (same location as the 9:30 AM service).

We will be operating under full programming so volunteers will be needed in all capacities. If you have been looking for a place to serve at Asbury Church, now is the time!! We have opportunities in all areas including Kids, Media, Worship, Greeters and Ushers, Coffee and more!! Click here to discover how you can plug in and get started.

Apostle’s Build Dedication Ceremony and More….
Join us THIS SATURDAY, June 30 at 11 AM as we take part of the special dedication ceremony for the Martin Nsinga & Mamie Kilandi Family. ALL ARE WELCOME!

Apostles Build has announced our new partner family and we are looking forward to getting started in November. SAVE THE DATE: Asbury’s first build date is November 17 and we will need at least 15 volunteers!

This week, Pastor Tom, shares a specific experience from his trip to the UMC Annual Conference earlier this month. It’s important to understand that it’s OK to have differing opinions and we can all agree to disagree on somethings. Our Youth is Spreading Love in Haiti
Our Youth Missions Team is coming from Haiti and they had a great time continuing to create meaningful relationships. This was a life changing event for all involved. Thank you for your prayers. Here are a couple of highlights!!

First Sunday Monthly Prayer – THIS SUNDAY @ 5:30 PM
During our prayer time, we will ask God to increase and deepen our ability to make Asbury a place of relationships where Christ transforms. Join us in worship and intercession in the South Sanctuary.

Noah’s Ark Sunday School – New Series Starts in July
“Moses: In the Footsteps of the Reluctant Prophet” – Retrace the life of Moses from his modest birth and rescue as a baby to the courts of Pharaoh, from herding flocks in Midian to leading his people out of Egypt. Turn your own reluctance into boldness as you examine the significant challenges facing Moses and how God shaped his character and life in powerful ways.  Watch the trailer here!
